Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) role-based vendor certification, or higher. Alternatively, CompTIA A+ industry certification, or higher. Industry certifications in complementary technologies, including storage, Red Hat and VMWare are desirable. An unrestricted ability to deploy to ADF military installations in support of constructive training events. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical peers and frontline IT leadership. Demonstrated ability to conduct his or herself in a manner reflective of ADF values. 5 - 10 years industry IT experience, military experience or combination of the two. Alternatively, higher education sector accreditation at minimum advanced diploma level in a closely related discipline.
