Role Overview
General Manager – Allhomes – Canberra's leading online property marketplace and print magazine.
Under the wing of the Head of Sales, you will have full ownership and strategic leadership of the Allhomes business in the ACT.

Canberra, ACT.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and execute the overall strategy for the Allhomes business, including revenue budgets and performance targets.
* Lead the Sales function and provide dot‐line oversight to five cross‐functional leaders across Product, Marketing, Editorial, Technology, and Office Management.
* Drive revenue and maximise product adoption across digital, print, and SaaS solutions.
* Create a dynamic, engaged culture across the Sales and wider Allhomes business.
* Present key updates, strategies and sales reports to the Executive Leadership Team.
* Identify new market opportunities, remove roadblocks, and accelerate revenue growth.
* Represent the organisation at industry events and key client functions, acting as a recognised and trusted figurehead in the region.
Essential Qualifications
* Circa 6+ years of Senior Sales / Director level experience.
* Experience in building and driving strategy.
* Cross‐functional leadership experience overseeing total headcounts of 10–50.
* Strong understanding of Real Estate or Digital trends.
* Ability to travel interstate on a quarterly basis.
* Experience with diverse product suites.
* Excellent financial acumen – P&Ls and forecasting.
* Results‐driven, creative, strategic thinker with a hands‐on approach.
Nice to Have
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
* Mix of Sales Leadership and GM experience is highly preferred.
* Background within Real Estate, Digital, SaaS or listings platforms.
