Clinical Facilitator – Critical Care & Emergency
Location: Buderim Private Hospital, Sunshine Coast, QLD
Employment Term: Permanent Part Time Opportunity (0.5 FTE)
Remuneration: $55.63 - $59.61 phr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Responsibilities
* Planning, facilitating and evaluating the progressive learning and development of clinical educational requirements.
* Application and implementation of evidence‐based nursing best practice within the workplace.
* Provide ongoing training to staff on safe clinical and work practices within the hospital.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered Nurse with at least 3 years recent clinical experience including critical care and/or emergency.
* Current AHPRA registration.
* Passion for clinical teaching and education.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse range of individuals.
* Ability to work both autonomously and effectively within a multi‐disciplinary team.
* Advanced clinical reasoning and problem‐solving skills.
* Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment.
* Completed or willingness to undertake a preceptor program, Certificate IV (Workplace training and assessment), and post‐graduate clinical or education qualification.
