Job Role:
Customer Service Coordinator
* Fielding incoming calls and directing inquiries to the right person
* Greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
* Managing incoming emails and general inquiries
* Entering and updating customer details accurately
* Preparing quotes, letters and other documents from notes or templates
* Coordinating appointments
* Filing, scanning and general administration tasks
* Providing day-to-day support to the management team
* Assisting with basic administrative tasks as required
This role does not involve bookkeeping responsibilities, but some experience with accounts/administration would be beneficial.
