We're looking for electricians who want direct exposure to major project and service work with nationally recognised brands. Your skills will directly contribute to the delivery of complex electrical systems - from new installations and upgrades through to the breakdown response and maintenance our clients depend on.

The Opportunity
As an Industrial Electrician at BRE Services, you'll move between project installations and service work across major industrial sites. You'll work hands‐on with switchboards, motors, control panels, drives, and production equipment - installing, maintaining, and repairing the electrical systems that keep factories, plants, and logistics hubs running. You'll also work alongside our automation team when electrical and control systems intersect.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to breakdowns and service calls across industrial sites.
* Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and testing.
* Install, commission, and upgrade electrical systems on project work.
* Fault‐find across control and safety circuits, panels, motors, and drives.
* Read and interpret electrical drawings to plan and execute work.
* Coordinate with supervisors and clients on work tasks and priorities.
* Collaborate with electricians, automation engineers, and other trades.
About You
* A-Grade Electrical Licence is essential.
* Excellent fault‐finding and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
* A strong understanding of control and safety circuits.
* Installation, repairs, and maintenance experience.
* Workmanship of a high standard.
* Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights.
Advantageous
* Experience with PLCs — wiring, basic troubleshooting, integration.
* Background in food and beverage or production line maintenance.
* Mechanically minded with an ability to collaborate across trades.
* Experience with motors, VSD testing, and installation.
* Additional tickets such as confined space, EWP, working at heights.
