Your key responsibilities will include coordinating client billing requirements, answering telephone calls, managing expenses, supporting the team, and completing administrative tasks efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will require 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Administrative Assistant, excellent knowledge of Microsoft software, and extensive experience with billing systems and client management programs.
You will also need to possess a remarkable attention to detail and a positive attitude when dealing with deadlines, ensuring efficient task completion while showcasing approachable interpersonal skills.
