We're looking for a Business Analyst to help optimise systems, improve processes, and turn data into actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of IT systems and tools across the organisation.
\n What You'll Be Doing

• Optimising & Managing Systems – Keep our tech running smoothly and securely while driving improvements.

\n

• Turning Data into Decisions – Structure and analyse data to provide insights that shape business strategy.

\n

• Supporting Projects – Work with teams to map processes, implement system changes, and manage risk.

\n

• Driving Automation & Integration – Help streamline workflows by setting up and managing integrations.

\n

• Collaborating with Key Stakeholders – Work with internal teams and external partners to enhance our tech environment.

\nWhat You'll Bring to the Team\n

• Tech & Systems Know-How – Experience with business systems, integrations, and automation.

\n

• Data & Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.

\n

• Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimising processes.

\n

• Strong Communication – Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into tech solutions.

\n

• Project Support Experience – Comfortable managing small projects and supporting change initiatives.

\nNice to Have\n

• Experience with tools like Bullhorn, HubSpot, Power BI, SQL Server, or BambooHR.

\n

• Background in recruitment or professional services.

\n

• Experience improving data quality and governance.
