Our personal injuries team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients.
This role supports clients and the team in a busy environment with a robust focus on client service and administrative excellence.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls
Diary management
File management and preparation of correspondence, court documents, and briefs of evidence
Provide day-to-day administrative support
Qualifications
Law student or experienced Legal Assistant
Experience in plaintiff or defendant law, preferably within a Personal Injuries practice
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with a diverse range of clients
Strong organisational and time management skills
Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office
