Position Details
The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday.
We are seeking an innovative, motivated, and skilled Specialist Occupational Therapist to lead a small team providing occupational therapy in the Hospital Based Complex Care unit and an acute older adult mental health ward. The primary focus will be on Older Adult mental health, with support for adult complex care patients. Responsibilities include specialist assessment of complex needs and developing tailored solutions. Collaboration, excellent communication, and negotiation skills are essential to join our friendly OT team and help shape our services.
Line Management and Support
Line management, professional support, and supervision are provided by the Lead OT for In-patient Mental Health.
