University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) has partnered with the Education Centre of Australia (ECA), opening a new campus in Adelaide in 2024, located at 182 Victoria Square. The campus offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs across a number of disciplines. UniSC Parramatta is scheduled to launch for teaching in T1 2026 and will be a complementary offering within the portfolio.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experience Campus Manager to be part of our team at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) campus in Parramatta. As a key member of the team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to progress your career within the education industry. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily campus operations, including facilities, staff, and student services.
* Ensure compliance with CRICOS, ESOS Act, and National Code standards.
* Lead and support academic and administrative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student support services.
* Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
* Manage student experience initiatives, from orientation through to completion.
* Contribute to strategic planning and growth of the University.
About You
* Proven leadership experience
* Strong understanding of ESOS Act, National Code, and TEQSA compliance.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural staff and student cohorts.
* Post graduate qualifications.
