About The Role
In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for supporting day‐to‐day store and warehouse operations while providing excellent service to both trade and retail customers. You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
* Assisting customers and providing product advice
* Mixing and handling specialised materials (including fibreglass products)
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Supporting inventory control and stock management
* Supervising and guiding team members where required
About You
* Previous experience in a trade store, warehouse, or similar environment
* Knowledge of fibreglass products and mixing processes (highly regarded)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to understand and follow systems and operational procedures
* Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role
* LF Forklift Licence preferred (or willingness to obtain – training support available for the right candidate)
