Job summary
Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming to achieve and/or exceed sales goals.
Serves medium and large accounts/distributors, and is responsible for expanding sales by presenting new products/services to customers and organizing visits to current and potential customers.
Main Responsabilities
- Be aligned with the company's standards, policies and culture with the aim of accurately guiding the company's entire workforce.
- Provide commercial and technical support to customers in the region, considering Mexico and Caribe/Central America.
- Maintain close relationships with key customers.
- Recognize current business opportunities.
- Participate in negotiating orders and price increases.
- Apply the objectives established by the corporate sales segment in the North Latam region.
- Support the achievement of the segment's financial goals in the North Latam region.
- Plan and document contacts with customers.
- Keep the team informed regarding the activities carried out through the preparation of the Call Report and Monthly Report.
- Keep business process information up to date.
- Provide technical information about client projects to the Technical/Laboratory and Marketing team.
- Collaborate in the preparation and execution of corporate strategic plans.
Important to have experience in Pharma.
