Internal Sales Coordinator — Renewable Energy (Heat Pumps & Solar)
Location: Bury St Edmunds / hybrid | Salary: £24,000 + commission/bonuses (OTE £28–32k) | Full time
About Greenwave Renewable Solutions LTD
We install heat pumps, solar and full home renewables across the region. We're a young, growing team looking for an ambitious Internal Sales Coordinator to own first-contact and appointment booking for warm leads — helping convert online/marketing leads into quality on-site appointments for our field sales team.
Responsibilities
* Call inbound leads within minutes of receipt and qualify them to our checklist.
* Make outbound calls to re-engage old quotes and leads.
* Run follow-up cadences (calls, SMS, emails, WhatsApp) — don't let leads go cold.
* Book appointments and manage the calendar for field sales.
* Log all activity in the CRM and handover clean lead notes.
* Help improve scripts, objections handling, and conversion flows.
* Hit weekly & monthly KPIs (speed to contact, appt rate, quality).
Qualifications
* Confident phone manner and experience with high call volumes.
* Proven follow-up discipline — you don't give up after one call.
* Tech-savvy: CRM experience preferred (HubSpot / Commusoft / BusinessPilot a plus).
* Coachable attitude and team player.
* Ideally some home-improvement, solar or energy sector experience — not essential.
* Full UK right to work.
Pay & Benefits
* Base salary £24,000 per year.
* Per-qualified appointment paid (£12–£25) + conversion bonus (£150–£300) when appointments convert to installs.
