Job Description
The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding, seeking a clinician to join their national team. The selected candidate will work with 300+ Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners, providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65.
Clinicians will be responsible for working across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients having various presentations, diagnoses and disability types. They will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours, working towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours.
Clinicians will develop PBS plans and assessments to improve participants' quality of life, enhancing independence and reducing restrictive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and develop PBS plans and assessments
* Work with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve best outcomes
* Observe and address participants' challenging behaviours
