Technical Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned Dams Engineer at the Lead to Principal level to join our team.
This role offers a variety of work and will see you provide technical leadership, deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
You will lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, support client engagement & business development, build and maintain strong client relationships.
You will also support team development, mentor and support junior engineers, foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
As a senior professional, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, support site-based assignments during construction phases as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's degree qualifications in civil engineering or related discipline.
* RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
* Be a seasoned professional with an in-depth understanding of dams engineering (geotechnical, structural, hydraulic).
* Proven experience in design and / or construction management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
