We are seeking a registered nurse to join our aged care team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care services to residents, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver nursing practice in accordance with policies and procedures, ANMC standards, and professional conduct. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct care to residents, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans.
* Leading and directing other staff members in completing day-to-day duties according to established protocols.
* Collaborating with the care manager/clinical lead to assess residents' care needs and contribute to the development of high-quality care plans.

Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
* A current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA.
* A National Police Clearance Certificate.
* An up-to-date First Aid Certificate/First Aid and CPR.
* Appropriate visas to work in Australia.
Candidates should also demonstrate essential skills including:
* Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation, ANMC standards, and professional conduct.
* Knowledge and understanding of accreditation standards.
* Ability to analyze and utilize clinical data in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
