* Spearhead leadership capability across all levels, promoting a culture of lifelong learning.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
* Craft engaging learning experiences, including wellbeing and regulatory training.
* Oversee learning management systems, tracking participation and outcomes accurately.
* Negotiate with external providers and manage course logistics effectively.
* Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
