The role involves planning and implementing the local Marketing and Communications plan, Visual Merchandising strategy, and ensuring alignment with the Managing Director, regional office, commercial teams, and support teams.
How you will make an impact
Marketing Strategy and Action Plan
Define the marketing strategy as an integral part of the Business Plan and adapt central strategies to local specificities.
Define and implement a country-specific PR & Communications plan and event activities.
Run all trade marketing and visual merchandising activities, develop key partnerships and supervise roll-out.
Generate new ideas to enhance brand awareness and desirability.
Define and implement media plans, press, PR activities; collect and evaluate press clippings; conduct client events and major PR events; conduct market and competitor intelligence research.
Provide ongoing competitor benchmarking information, analyze efficiency and effectiveness of product launches, monitor media platforms, nurture relationships with key media stakeholders, and stay updated on digital trends.
Reporting and Analyses
Produce regular reports of consumer marketing and communication activities; analyze sales results; provide specific marketing recommendations; provide competitor benchmarking information; monitor effectiveness of brand launches.
Commercial Support
Support the Managing Director in key account management, liaise with the regional office, ensure alignment of marketing activities.
Manage marketing budgets, control marketing budgets, supervise A&P budgets for PoS, printed materials, promotional materials, and S&D budgets for marketing fees and other selling costs.

* Prior Marketing and Communications experience in Australia, ideally in the luxury industry.
* Previous experience conducting retail events.
* Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
* Creativity.
* Excellent project management and time management skills.
* Effective communication and solid presentation skills.
* Digital Marketing and Social Media knowledge.
* Agility and ability to collaborate closely in a team environment.
