The Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver flexible, family-centred services to children and adults living with disabilities, working hand-in-hand with their families. Your role is pivotal in assessing client needs, forging professional relationships, and developing tailored intervention plans that promote participation and inclusion across home, educational, and community settings.

You will collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to create, implement, and evaluate individualised service plans that reflect the goals and priorities of those you support. Balancing a diverse workload, you will also have opportunities to provide valuable training and workshops to colleagues and external stakeholders, furthering professional knowledge and supporting community inclusion.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience working within family practice and child development
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
* Current and clear Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check
* Current, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to use own vehicle when required (with comprehensive insurance)
* Commitment to organisational policies including health and safety standards
* Valid First Aid Certificate
