The Role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and commercially minded Talent Strategy Intern to join our growing Sydney team. This is a unique opportunity for someone interested in talent acquisition, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and market intelligence within a fast‐paced fintech startup environment.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will help drive innovative talent attraction strategies, strengthen our employer brand, and support hiring growth across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both people and strategy, with strong interest in social media, trends, research, and creative outreach.

Key Responsibilities
* Support talent sourcing initiatives across LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook and other creative sourcing channels
* Assist with employer branding content, recruitment campaigns, and social media engagement
* Conduct market mapping, competitor hiring research, and talent intelligence projects
* Identify new sourcing channels, communities, and networking opportunities to attract quality candidates
* Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, campus outreach, onboarding sessions, and internal training initiatives
* Prepare hiring reports, candidate pipelines, and recruitment insights for the TA team
* Support ad hoc Talent Acquisition projects as the business continues to grow
What We're Looking For
* Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, talent strategy, or HR
* Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media platforms and online engagement trends
* Confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Strong research skills with good commercial awareness
* Organised, detail‐oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
* Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
* Background in HR, Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related disciplines preferred
* Chinese language skills highly regarded but not essential
