We are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer (Roads & Highways) to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver major infrastructure projects within the transport industry across Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead civil and transport infrastructure design projects with a focus on roads and highways.
* Drive business development across QLD through relationship building and repeat work.
* Deliver technical excellence while ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
* Mentor and grow a talented local engineering team.
* Contribute to strategic planning and capability expansion in the region.
About You
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
* 15+ years of experience in roads & highways design and project delivery.
* Strong understanding of the Queensland market and relevant design standards.
* Excellent project management and client engagement skills.
* Commitment to technical excellence and continuous improvement.
* Occasional travel (domestic/international) as needed.
* Chartered status (or working towards) will be highly regarded.
