About the Company
Bunzl Safety is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business specialising in quality branded products including Mack footwear, WS clothing, Beaver lifting & materials handling, Beaver load restraint, B‐Safe height safety, onsite services, and Frontier personal protective equipment.
Your Role
As a front‐line team member you will influence the quality and satisfaction of our customers and suppliers. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will process orders, respond to enquiries, maintain the online ordering system, action phone calls and occasionally check orders in the warehouse.
You will deliver an efficient, accurate and timely service through face‐to‐face, phone and email interactions. Entry‐level candidates are welcomed and on‐the‐job training is provided.
About You
You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers and manage your time effectively.
* Prior experience in customer service (retail or office based) advantageous
* Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
* Team player and able to think outside the box
* Friendly and willingness to learn
