THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting 12-month Max Term opportunity available for an Onsite Desktop Support Technician to join our Fujifilm Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Division in Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW. In this role, you will provide IT Support to our company users ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide Onsite IT Support by diagnosing and resolving end-user issues promptly, prioritize based on business impact, and travel to metropolitan sites when required. Coordinate large-scale hardware refresh projects and prepare devices for new starters. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and work collaboratively to ensure smooth resolution. Deliver audio-visual support for Town Halls, department meetings, and conferencing tools such as MS Teams and Zoom. Respond professionally to user requests, maintain clear communication throughout resolution, ensure data privacy, and provide guidance to prevent future issues.
