Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service)
Customer service role, creating moments that matter for Repco customers in an aftermarket auto products retail & trade environment. We're seeking an individual with flexible availability to work Monday to Friday. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the business needs. A current driver's licence is preferred as the role may involve occasional deliveries and other ad hoc driving duties. We want to ensure that each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.
Key Responsibilities
* Always have a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates and customers.
* Provide genuine service & create moments that matter with customers.
* Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance.
* Maintain exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards.
* Process stock; receive, dispatch, and store.

* Lifting, bending, and climbing will be required.
