The Role:
Reporting directly to the Principal Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the Adelaide office, working closely with senior leadership including the Technical Director.
The role combines technical delivery with client management and offers autonomy across diverse projects.

Responsibilities include:
Managing and delivering multiple structural projects from concept through to completion.
Leading client interactions, site meetings, and inspections as required.
Preparing fee estimates, proposals, tender submissions, and detailed design documentation.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Managing commercial requirements such as contract review, sub-consultant coordination, invoicing, and recovery, while maintaining autonomy in daily operations.
About You:
You're a consultative, results driven engineer with robust client skills and solid technical depth.
You balance independence with teamwork, knowing when to draw on others' expertise while taking ownership of outcomes.
You bring:
Strong structural design and project management capability.
A proven track record of delivering projects autonomously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Competence across industry software such as RAPT, ETABS, Strand7, and SPACE GASS (advantageous).
A proactive approach to commercial management, including budgeting, time allocation, and contract administration.
