Your Essential Requirements
To best serve our clients in the Hills, your application must meet these essential points:
* Availability: Be available across a 7-day roster, with an ability to offer overnight care at our homes as required.
* Area Focus: While we operate across Adelaide, we are actively looking for candidates who live in and prefer to work in the Adelaide Hills (e.g., Mount Barker, Hahndorf, Stirling, etc.).
* Transport: Have your own reliable vehicle with a current Drivers License and valid Insurance (we reimburse vehicle use*).
* Compliance: Have, or be willing to quickly obtain, all essential NDIS worker certificates (WWCC, NDIS Screening, NPC, First Aid).
* Comfortable working in client homes, including those with pets.
* IT Familiarity: Be comfortable using mobile apps and basic technology for online rostering, timesheets, and participant notes (no paper).
* Female: Our clients have specified they are wanting Female carers (shifts involve personal care).
Next Steps
We have opportunities for Casual and Part-Time employees. We will be holding a combination of central and Hills-based Group Interview sessions for these roles to make it convenient for our local applicants.
