As an HR Coordinator
As Energy Bay's Human Resource Coordinator, you'll be a proactive and detail‐oriented team member supporting the People & Culture team in delivering both operational and strategic HR initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for an organised professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys contributing to impactful projects, employee experience, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support key HR programs, including compliance training and learning & development initiatives.
* Provide end‐to‐end HR administrative support, including recruitment and onboarding, offboarding, reporting, and HR documentation.
* Contribute to and support the delivery of P&C projects and initiatives.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
* Support cross‐functional collaboration, including assistance to broader office operations as needed.
* Champion a safe and compliant work environment, aligned with company WHS policies and a Zero Harm culture.
* Foster strong cross‐functional relationships across the broader Energy Bay community to promote the exchange of ideas, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of best practices.
Qualifications
* Degree‐qualified in Human Resources or a related discipline with high attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR processes.
* Experience in an administrative or HR coordination role (HR or L&D exposure highly regarded).
* Strong organisational skills in line with HR processes.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset.
* Strong ethics, empathy, and professionalism.
* Ability to influence and build effective working relationships.
