We're looking for a Senior Landscape Architect / Associate to join our growing studio. This is a hands‐on role working directly with the directors across a diverse portfolio. You will contribute primarily to concept design and documentation packages, with genuine scope to grow your career within a respected, emerging practice.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the directors, your projects will span public domain, transport, parks, open space, and residential precincts. You will play a central role in day‐to‐day design production, client communication, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop concept drawings, diagrams and reports in collaboration with project directors
* Produce documentation sets efficiently and accurately
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other consultants in a constructive way
* Prepare and present design work for client and stakeholder meetings
* Support directors in the preparation of bids and proposals as required
* Manage workloads and projects according to project timelines and requirements
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
* Minimum 4 years post‐graduation experience in a landscape architecture
* Proficiency in Revit
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong understanding of planting design, materials, and landscape construction
* Clear communication skills, written and verbal
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a small studio environment
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and SketchUp
* Experience in 3D visualisation or digital modelling workflows
