We are looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Architect / Senior Documentor to join our team in Melbourne, predominantly working on our bespoke housing and commercial fit-out projects.
Requirements:
* At least 15 years of Australian architectural experience
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* Demonstrated experience in delivering bespoke housing projects
* Strong technical and construction knowledge
* Ability to independently run projects with a keen eye for detail
* Strong documentation skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Skilled in design development, documentation, and construction stages
* Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Passion for attention to detail and problem-solving
* Collaborative and proactive work ethic
* Must have the right to work in Australia
Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from concept to construction stage services
