Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across university websites and support reputation and revenue objectives.

* The successful candidate will have significant experience managing, authoring, and maintaining content management systems.
* Proven experience delivering and monitoring SEO strategies for large websites with measurable business results is essential.
* A solid understanding of accessibility and quality assurance in web environments is also required.
* Experience in content strategy and optimisation to enhance digital experience and performance is necessary.
* Basic understanding of optimisation and experimentation platforms is beneficial.

The Digital Content Coordinator will work under limited direction and collaborate with various marketing leads to achieve the University's goals. The role involves managing and implementing the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy for key marketing sites.

This position also supports the Performance and Optimisation Manager in experimentation, optimisation, and performance. A customer-centric focus is essential, as the role contributes to the University's reputation and revenue outcomes by using analytics and insights to continually improve the digital experience.

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. Significant experience in managing, creating, and maintaining content management systems.
2. Proven track record of delivering and monitoring SEO strategies for large websites with measurable business results.
3. Solid understanding and/or experience supporting accessibility and quality assurance in web environments.
4. Experience in content strategy and optimisation to enhance digital experience and performance.
5. Basic understanding of optimisation and experimentation platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Maxymiser, VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty).
