About the Role
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the service while driving quality outcomes and team engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting daily operations in line with company policies and compliance requirements
* Building strong relationships with families and the local community
* Supporting occupancy growth through community engagement and marketing initiatives
* Mentoring and guiding educators to achieve high-quality practices aligned to the National Quality Standards
About You
You are a motivated and capable leader who is passionate about early education and team development. You will bring:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong understanding of compliance, quality standards, and operational targets
