Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets and sustain order growth for the NEMA Motors Division, focusing on revenue generation, profitability, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction.
* Promote legacy and specialty products through education and advocacy, collaborating with divisions, external partners, and targeted end-users.
* Support existing Channel Partners and local team members, identify and qualify new partners, EPCs, System Integrators, OEMs, and End-Users across Australia.
* Uncover new opportunities, prepare sales plans and documentation, ensure efficient marketing activities, manage administrative procedures, and collaborate with the Marketing team at industry events.
Travel expectations include approximately 50% domestic and occasional international travel.
