Latrobe Community Health Service is seeking a candidate for 12 months to join the Digital Health team to facilitate change and adaption strategies across the business.
As the Digital Adoption Business Partner, you will work with the business to understand issues or change requirements, translating these back into the Digital Health team.
To be successful, you will require;
