Pinjarra Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, hands‐on and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor / Chef to lead our hospitality operations and help drive the future growth of our Club.
This is not a desk‐based management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being actively involved in food preparation, service delivery and member engagement while also leading and developing the Club's food and beverage operations.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of the day‐to‐day operation of the Club's hospitality services, including kitchen operations, food preparation, stock control, staff supervision, catering and functions.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook and serve quality meals for members, guests and visitors.
* Lead day‐to‐day kitchen operations and food service delivery.
* Develop menus, specials and food promotions.
* Coordinate catering for tournaments, functions and special events.
* Order food and beverage stock and manage supplier relationships.
* Conduct regular stocktakes and monitor food costs.
* Prepare hospitality rosters and supervise staff.
* Assist with training and development of hospitality team members.
* Support front‐of‐house and bar operations during service periods.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.
* Drive initiatives that increase revenue, improve profitability and enhance member satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated commercial cooking experience.
* Experience working in a café, club, restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience with stock control and rostering.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
* Approved Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
* Food Safety Supervisor qualification.
* Experience within a sporting club environment is advantageous but not essential.
