What you will do:
* Team up with commercial bankers to understand client needs and deliver smart, tailored solutions.
* Dive into financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment to support decision-making.
* Prepare clear, concise loan applications that help bring big ideas to life.
* Use data and insights to spot opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
We are open to candidates from across the Northern Rivers region, from Byron Bay to Woodburn, from Ballina to Kyogle, and of course Lismore, where our main office is. Most importantly, we're seeking someone with strong local ties and a genuine connection to the community.
What we're looking for:

* Strong communication and research skills.
* A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
