About our role
Iron Mine Contracting is expanding fast, and with a surge of new activity across the business. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter on a 6-month fixed-term basis to join our team based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, youll take ownership of a dedicated portfolio, proactively identifying, attracting, engaging, and securing high-quality talent who are not actively seeking new opportunities. This role is ideal for a driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at talent sourcing and headhunting, and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
Your focus in this role
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across the Civil sector, with a focus on technical and operational positions.
* Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify, engage, and build robust talent pipelines within targeted industries and organisations.
* Proactively engage with passive candidates, promoting IMC's value proposition and career opportunities to attract high-calibre talent.
* Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure the accurate completion and administration of all employment documentation.
* Provide expert recruitment guidance and support to hiring managers, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and best-practice hiring methodologies.
* Provide recruitment advice and support to managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure hiring of the most suitable candidates.
* Ensure all work undertaken is compliant to relevant OHS legislation.
What Youll Bring
* Proven experience in Executive search, particularly across civil operations. (highly desirable)
* High level interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of human resource practices and legislation.
* Proven professionalism and integrity in dealing with sensitive information.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records/registers.
* Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.
