Role
We are seeking an extremely efficient Service Coordinator to undertake the day‐to‐day running of our busy service team. The role primarily involves the coordination and scheduling of service work to our field staff and contractors.
Primary Duties
* Scheduling work for field staff, apprentices & subcontractors including repairs, routine maintenance, quoted repairs and warranty work.
* General administrative duties including filing, data entry, telephone inquiries and archiving.
* Taking service inquiries and customer liaison.
* Ordering stock & parts.
* Processing warranty paperwork & work permits.
The position is full‐time, 40 hours per week, 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
Ideal candidate will have
* Exceptional communication and organisational skills, able to work well in times of demand during the peak season.
* Clear written and verbal communication, with a pleasant phone manner.
* Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel & office‐based database.
* Previous experience with Simpro is an advantage.
* General all‐round business and office skills.
* Experience in a similar scheduling role or dispatching field staff or technicians in a fast‐paced environment.
