Key Responsibilities
* Use AI tools to research, analyse, and improve internal systems and processes
* Assist in developing workflows across quoting, production, and quality
* Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and process maps
* Support automation and streamlining of repetitive tasks
* Analyse current workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
* Assist in implementing process improvements and tracking outcomes
* Support data organisation, reporting, and basic analysis
* Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and feedback
* Contribute to building scalable systems and operational frameworks
