Job Description
Browns Piling are seeking an experienced Project Manager join their team in New South Wales and contribute to the delivery of end-to-end piling and foundations projects – planning and resourcing works, coordinating site delivery, and ensuring safety, quality, program and budget outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage piling projects from award to handover (scope, program, budget and quality)
* Coordinate crews, rigs/plant, suppliers and subcontractors to meet daily and weekly targets
* Maintain strong relationships and clear communication with head contractors, clients and consultants
* Track progress, costs and forecasts; manage variations, claims and progress claims
* Ensure compliance with safety and QA requirements (SWMS, permits, ITPs, dockets, as-builts and site records)
* Identify and manage risks (ground conditions, access, approvals, utilities) and implement practical mitigation
Qualifications & Experience
* 5+ years' experience managing piling/foundations projects (e.g., CFA, bored, driven, screw, sheet or similar)
* Strong commercial skills—budgets, procurement, variations and claims
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Hands-on leadership style with a strong safety and quality focus (SWMS/permits/QA records)
* COnstruction Industry White Card and current driver's licence
