Responsibilities will include:
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in both technical and non-technical environments.
Ability to work across multiple Office Services tasks.
Effective written communication and report writing skills.
You will be required to work with mínimal supervision in delivering your remit and will be accountable for submitting high quality work that is accurate and meets quality standards and deadlines.
You will be proactive at resolving competing priorities
You will execute your responsibilities as outlined in the firm's Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.

To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
Minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent written communication with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to prioritise workload and work under mínimal supervision
Able to work effectively in an open-plan, rapid-paced and vibrant atmosphere
