Key Responsibilities
Develop user documentation including manuals, guides, software help, tutorials, and video demonstrations.
Collaborate with teams to clarify technical issues and liaise with subject matter experts. Analyze user needs and organize information accordingly.
* Write, edit, and present clear and concise information according to set standards.
* Maintain ownership and management of technical documentation version control and customer accessibility.
* Work with translators and other external agencies as required.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain close contact with various groups worldwide.
Effective communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
