* Coordinating schedules in line with client care plans, service agreements, and staffing requirements
* Responding to last-minute changes, including unplanned leave and urgent shift coverage
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure workforce utilisation and continuity of care
* Using rostering systems and technology to streamline scheduling and improve efficiency
* Communicating clearly and professionally with staff, leaders, and stakeholders
* Supporting operational outcomes through proactive planning and problem resolution
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination, ideally within aged care, healthcare, disability, or a similarly complex environment
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with time-critical changes
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
* Confidence using rostering systems, Microsoft Office, and related technology
* High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive team player who understands the importance of rosters in delivering quality care
