About the Role

Based at our brand new 870‐unit Jandakot facility, this hands‐on role puts you at the heart of Roomia's customer experience. You'll take an active role in the day‐to‐day operations and management of the site, from helping customers find the perfect storage solution to ensuring our facility is always clean, secure and running smoothly.

No two days will be the same. You'll balance customer sales, facility upkeep and administrative tasks, while enjoying a great work/life balance with no late nights, Sundays or public holidays required.

As Store Manager, you'll oversee overall store performance, enhance the customer experience, maintain property standards, meet financial targets and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service and Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right storage solution; resolve enquiries and issues promptly and professionally; identify and implement opportunities for local business growth.
* Operations: Manage daily operations, including rental rate reviews and the delinquency process; conduct regular safety and compliance checks in line with OH&S requirements.
* Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the facility, including unit readiness and site cleanliness; understand operational requirements for systems such as fire alarms, gates, lighting and security.
* Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate customer records, leases and insurance documentation; manage store accounts and follow up on overdue payments; prepare business performance updates and ensure procedures are followed.
* Conduct & Culture: Promote and uphold Roomia's positive, people‐first culture; follow company policies and contribute to a safe, supportive workplace.
Skills and Experience
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* A team player with a flexible, can‐do attitude.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Sitelink is an advantage but not essential.
