About the role
* Oversee daily site operations
* Supervise trades and subcontractors
* Keep works on track with the programme
* Maintain high safety and quality standards
* Work closely with the Site Manager and project team
To be successful you must have the following
* Qualified carpenter highly regarded
* Background working with a reputable builder on projects of $5M+
* Solid understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
* Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery
* Ability to drive subcontractor performance and accountability
