Requirements
1. Good judgment and common sense
2. Excellent listening skills
3. Willingness to learn and commitment to our values
4. Experience supporting people with physical disabilities, including manual handling
5. Experience with PEG feeding, catheter care, and bowel care an asset
6. Great patience and willingness to build rapport with clients
7. Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities
8. Commitment to working with a care team approach
9. Full driver's license and willingness to drive clients' vehicle
