A Little Bit About the Role
As a Full Time Assistant Store Manager at Kent St, you'll play a key role in the daily success of the store. You will:
* Lead and develop your team — coaching, motivating, and building a positive, inclusive culture that reflects Kathmandu's values.
* Bring a customer‐obsessed mindset — delivering exceptional service and turning outdoor enthusiasts into loyal brand advocates.
* Drive operational excellence — managing stock, visual merchandising, store standards, and daily processes to keep everything running smoothly.
* Use strong commercial awareness — understanding KPIs, sales targets, and local trends to drive performance and maximise results.
