Senior Civil Engineer – Melbourne Water Team

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the civil design and delivery of water infrastructure projects.
* Provide technical oversight across pipelines and treatment assets.
* Support projects across their full lifecycle — from concept design through to detailed design and Design & Construct delivery.
* Mentor and develop junior engineers.
* Work with clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
* Contribute to bids, proposals and business development.
* Collaborate across interstate teams (VIC, SA, QLD, WA) to deliver integrated solutions.
* Drive technical excellence and continuously improve delivery standards.
Qualifications
* 6+ years of experience in civil engineering.
* Strong background in water infrastructure (treatment and supply infrastructure).
* Experience in a consulting or project delivery environment.
* Proven ability to mentor engineers.
* Experience working on multidisciplinary projects.
* Registrations & experience: Chartered Engineer (CPEng) / RPEV RPEQ (highly regarded).
