As the part-time Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that accelerate brand awareness, product demand and customer engagement at Auto IT.
This is an autonomous, hands‐on role combining external marketing (content, campaigns, website, social, demand generation, user group conferences and events) with internal communications and culture‐building, including employer brand and employee experience initiatives.
What you'll do
* Develop marketing plans aligned to company and product goals
* Own integrated go‐to‐market campaigns (messaging, content plan, channels, budget, targets)
* Maintain a marketing calendar (campaigns, launches, webinars, events, etc)
* Build and execute content, write and edit high‐quality copy
* Own the editorial process (briefs, SME interviews, SEO optimisation, approvals, brand/voice consistency)
* Drive multi‐channel performance through CRM/automation, analytics, SEO, and paid social/search (with rigorous testing and iteration)
* Define channel strategy (B2B‐first, with a strong LinkedIn/YouTube focus where relevant) and build a consistent content rhythm
* Enable executive thought leadership content in partnership with internal SMEs
* Partner with People & Culture to strengthen and activate the EVP internally and externally (including visibility across careers and recruitment marketing)
* Lead planning and promotion of user group conferences and customer engagement events
What you'll bring
* 5+ years' experience in B2B software/SaaS marketing (this is a must)
* A willingness to be hands‐on, and get things done
* Proven track record in content strategy and creation
* Strong capability across CRM & marketing automation (Salesforce), web & analytics tooling, SEO tools, and paid social/search
* Confident cross‐functional collaborator with Sales, Product and Customer Success
* Strong project management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills
* Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

* The opportunity to make a significant leadership impact.
* A competitive salary, plus the ability to earn Profit Sharing and Performance Bonuses.
