Your new role
As the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and site staff, you'll play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Greeting visitors and coordinating meeting rooms
* Providing administrative support to project managers and site teams
* Handling document control, filing, and data entry
* Assisting with accounts and invoicing support (depending on experience)
What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role within the construction industry
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* Local knowledge of Southwest Sydney and ability to commute to the office
