The Role

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and articulate team player to join our friendly and supportive Welshpool branch. This office‐based role is responsible for providing customer service support and administration to the branch in all areas of its operation.

The role will coordinate warehouse and branch office activities such as assisting customers with sales enquiries and orders, inventory and stock control, purchasing activities, and overall office management and administration.

Key Criteria
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to coordinate office and warehouse activities and previous supervisory experience
* High level of internal and external customer service and administration skills
* Ability to prioritise and multi‐task effectively
* Strong SAP Business One skills or similar experience
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ideally experience in a similar industry in an administration, warehouse coordinator, or office management role
Requirements
* Permanent work rights in Australia
* Valid driver licence
* Police check required for successful application
* Agency assistance is not required
